Hosting and server logs. This website is hosted by united-domains GmbH, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. When you visit, the server automatically records technical access data (such as your IP address, date and time, and the page requested) to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
No tracking. This website uses no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and no session-recording or profiling tools.
Fonts. Pages currently load typefaces from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google. We intend to host these locally to remove that transfer.
The TVZ app is built privacy-first. It has no account system and no server of ours, and there is no sign-up — we never ask for or receive your name, email address, or any of the information you enter into the app.
Everything you enter stays on your own device, and we never see it — your dilator session logs, comfort scores, progress stage, journal entries, and a healthcare professional's name if you choose to enter one. This information is stored only on your phone. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. It leaves your device only if you choose to export a PDF report and share it yourself.
Subscriptions. If you take out a subscription, the payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see your payment details. To recognise whether a subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat, which assigns it an anonymous identifier (a random "TVZ ID"). This ID is not linked to your name, email or health data. It is the only thing we are able to see, and we use it solely to confirm subscription status and to help you if you contact us for technical support.
Because your entries never leave your device, we cannot and do not use them for anything. We never sell data, and we hold no personal data to sell or share.
Your app data lives only on your device, so you remain in full control of it: you can edit or delete any entry within the app, and deleting the app removes all of it permanently. There is no account or server-side copy for us to access or hold. For any question, contact privacy@drjuliareeve.com and we will respond within 30 days.
The TVZ app is intended for users aged 16 and over. It is not directed at children under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
